As per the Alberta Motor Vehicle Accident Regulations, you can see a physical therapist without referral, cost or recommendation from insurance company if you do the initial appointment within 10 days of the accident. Insurance protocols strongly recommend you to do so to diagnose and treat soft tissue injuries as early intervention result in better outcome and preventing chronic pain.

Call us with your claim number, if you do not have a claim number use the Policy Number and the Name of the Insurance Company on the Pink Card of the vehicle you were in (either as driver or as passenger), not the one which hit your vehicle.
